It’s something I built because I needed a new life — one with purpose, stability, and the chance to use my hands and integrity to make a meaningful impact.

I’m Michael, the owner of PrimeTurn Property Services.
This business wasn’t born from comfort — it was born from rebuilding. From years of being stretched thin, from struggles most people never see, from starting over and refusing to let my past define my future.

I created PrimeTurn because I knew I could offer something rare:
a service built on human connection, deep care, and unwavering reliability.

Why I Do This Work

My life has taught me that showing up matters more than anything.
I’ve worked EMS, worked corporate, worked jobs that demanded everything I had.
I’ve battled mental health.
I’ve raised kids.
I’ve rebuilt more than once.

Through every chapter, the lesson stayed the same:

Someone who takes pride in the work that makes life easier for others.
